Gall Stones disposal - from An Alternative Therapists Notebook

Fail-safe Apple Juice and Oil flush.

DIET.

Avoid eggs, cheese, cream and rich sauces for the duration of the flush. Take plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, fish, poultry and some meat (unless you are a vegetarian).

Days 1 to 5.

Drink 2 litres of fresh, pure apple juice daily for 5 days.

Day 6.

Eat Lunch then omit dinner.

At 9pm take 2 tablespoons of Epsom Salts dissolved in 2 tablespoons of warm water.

At 10pm shake together 4 oz of unrefined cold-pressed olive oil and 2oz of fresh lemon juice and drink.

Immediately that you go to bed lie on your right side with your right knee drawn up towards your chin.

Remain in this position for 30 minutes before going to sleep. This helps the olive oil to drain.

You may require another drink of Epsom salts in the night, so prepare a drink to have beside your bed.

Day 7.

You should pass green stones that are as soft as putty, of varying sizes and without any pain.
